This home also comes with a 50-year warranty, as well as a great price tag of $299,000. This is almost half of what a new home sells for in the Riverhead real estate market. The price of this house is so fabulously low because SQ4D’s patent-pending Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS,) can build a house at a fraction of the price in hours instead of days or weeks! Another perk of this technology is that it virtually eliminates waste and uses about the same amount of current as a hairdryer.
